# Registry structure
While the benefits for companies and individuals that use the UCS in their operations are clear, the true benefit lies far from big urban centres. Every time a UCS is sold and retired in the blockchain (see [Blockchain potential](/mundi-token-whitepaper/blockchain-platform/blockchain-potential.md) to understand blockchain strategy) registry its revenue is used to finance the socioenvironmental project designed for the community where it originated, and broadly, to all communities integrated in the network.
* **a)** The farmers themselves are paid for the environmental services they provide to all the society such as: ensuring hydric flow systems, fauna and flora protection, climate balance, GHG recycling and for keeping vegetation that otherwise would have commercial value as timber.
* **b)** For every Nucleus formed and integrated to the BMV network, a plan is devised for that community, aiming at economical and sustainable development. This plan includes the transfer of knowledge and techniques to best agricultural practices that involve the preservation of the forest, cultural and educational exchange of young professionals from the comprehended areas, and shared equipment to improve overall productivity. Every time an UCS is consumed, it helps this shared goal.
* **c)** The BMV network supports costs of the origination, custody and registry of the UCS. These include technical and registration fees, partners, verifiers and human capital needed to ensure the integrity of the whole process. These costs are also supported by the revenue of the sales and guarantees the continuity of the projects and financing of sustainable development in the Nuclei communities.
